Jana Yar

Jana Yar is a Slovak award-winning professional photographer based in Singapore. After spending a part of her life focused on commercial photo shootings, she decided to shift her focus toward personal projects. The creation of a personal brand goes hand in hand with this shift. The logo is designed with custom typography, utilizing a simple, yet creative, play of glyphs. For the purpose of visual communication, this logo can be extended and adjusted accordingly. Moreover, by combining it with a thirds grid, colors, typography, or photos, it is possible to create a unique and flexible visual system, responsive to the needs of the brand. The idea behind this personal branding springs from four sources of inspiration, reflecting the personality, passions, and work of photographer Jana Yar.
